Parameters include:

Lending Area: NY,NJ,CT,PA (other states considered on a case by case basis)

Loan Size: From $150,000 - $5,000,000

Loan Term: 6 months to 18 months (longer terms considered on an case by case basis)

Amortization: Interest only

Loan-to-Value: Up to 60% LTV

Prepayment: 6 month minimum

Borrower: Single Purpose Entity Ownership Structure preferred

Closing: 1-4 weeks
