Senior Management Team
Mr. Kenneth Kalstein, Esq.
Kenneth Kalstein has been a licensed attorney since 1989. Mr. Kalstein specializes in all facets of real estate, acquisition and financing. In addition, Mr. Kalstein is the senior partner of a New York licensed Abstract Company where he is responsible for title review, clearance and all legal matters. Additionally, Mr. Kalstein is the Managing Member of New Castle Mortgage Group, LLC; a New York State Licensed Mortgage Brokerage. Mr. Kalstein received his J.D. degree from New York Law School and holds a BA in Finance from Long Island University.
Mr. Michael Eisenberg
Michael Eisenberg has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. He is a Managing Member of New Castle Mortgage Group, LLC. Michael has provided strategic direction, growth management, and operational oversight with relevance to the mortgage industry and has been involved in the origination, underwriting, and management of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate loans including complex commercial financing. He earned his bachelors degree from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Eric D. Blitzer
Eric Blitzer has been in the mortgage industry for the past 11 years. He is a managing member of New Castle Mortgage Group, LLC. Mr. Blitzer has been involved in all facets of the mortgage process, which includes; origination, underwriting, appraisal review, title review, and the closing process. He earned his bachelors degree from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Yaniv Simon Marom
Mr. Marom has an extensive background in lending, real estate, finance and raising capital. Mr. Marom has been investing in real estate for over 7 years through single purpose entity ownership structures. His experience and knowledge of real estate lending helps Landmark Capital deliver success for its clients. Prior to joining Landmark Capital, Mr. Marom was a Vice President at a publicly traded Business Development Company called Prospect Capital, specializing in lending to lower middle-market companies. He assisted in the raising of capital and the creation of banking relationships, in addition to being responsible for compliance and other aspects of the company. Previously, Mr. Marom worked for Ingersoll Rand Company as an attorney responsible for securities and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Marom started his career at the law firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel representing large institutional underwriters in lending and securities transaction.
Mr. Marom received his undergraduate degree from New York University Stern School of Business in accounting and finance and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
